As you prepare to move into the action phase make sure you've thought through the following:
- Understand what you want to change.
- Understand why you want to change it.
- Turn it into a question. Try writing a problem statement e.g. How can we improve student wait times? etc.
- Think about the impact you want have. Who and where will you be making an impact?
- What would feedback sound like if you were successful?
- Where should you start? What is within your sphere of influence?
- What skills are you bringing to the table?
- What method of prototyping would work best?
