When creating your Works Cited list follow these basic organization and formatting guidelines:
- begin a new page at the end of your essay or paper centering the words Works Cited (the first letter of each word is capitalized and the first word is always plural)
- arrange the list of sources alphabetically by the surname of the first author or the corporate author
- provide a hanging indent for the second and all subsequent lines of each citation
- double-space all citations
