Open Educational Resources (OER)

Finding OER

Searching for OERs ... where do you start?

The answer depends on what you are looking for:

  • If Canadian content or authorship is important start with a Canadian repository; BC Open Textbook Project, eCampus Ontario or Atlantic OER.
  • OER repositories are not static. New materials are added frequently -- If you don't have time to check for new additions consider setting up an alert that connects to your reaching interests.
  • Don't know how? We will teach you! Contact the Copyright Office or your Campus Library for support.
