  • Set Specific, Measurable and Realistic Goals!
  • Plan Ahead
  • Only Do One Thing at a Time
  • Use a schedule/ calendar to map out your commitments and goals (Semester, Monthly, Weekly and/or Daily) 
  • Rank your priorities; High, Medium or Low importance and allot enough time for each accordingly
  • Give yourself deadlines to keep on track and accountable
  • Keep a clean work area
