The ProQuest Mobile interface was discontinued as the current ProQuest platform has been redesigned with a responsive layout that is designed to be fully compatible with all mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
The site is fully-functional and feature-filled to provide the same experience as experienced on the desktop version of the web interface.
