OER have an open copyright licence that allows the content to be shared and reused without permission or fees.
A Creative Commons (CC) Licence can be used by creators to indicate that their content can be shared. There are several types of CC licences.
When you are using CC licenced content review the licence type for conditions. For example most licences require giving credit to the author or creators.

► CC is sometimes referred to as the Some Rights Reserved model.

► The most open license makes the content free and allows modification and adaption with only one condition; that attribution to the original creator be included.
