Office 365 Image Repository

Office 365 Images and Icons

Office 365 image content can only be used and shared within Office 365 products.

"The difference between content you get from Microsoft 365 or SharePoint and content you get from stock sites is that you don’t own a license to the Microsoft 365 images for general use, so you can’t take the pictures outside of Microsoft 365 or SharePoint and use it in a different context. Copy-pasting into something other than Microsoft 365, or selecting the pictures and using Save as from the right click context menu, are common examples of actions that take the pictures outside of Microsoft 365."

You Can... Do Not ...
Include creative content, in presentations, workbooks, documents, SharePoint Team sites, Clipchamp video or other Microsoft 365 files. Copy and paste creative content to 3rd party applications to be used in other contexts (such as on websites or merchandise).
Export these files to other formats such as PDF and ODF. Use Save As to save the premium creative content as separate image files to be used outside of Office.
